Beginning Quilt Class

This is a beginner class. In just eight three-hour classes, you will successfully finish your first quilt. In class, you'll learn to machine piece, master half square triangles, apply borders and binding as well as quilting techniques. Participants will each receive a handbook with complete directions for each class and will pick out the fabric of their choice. $150 +material & supplies, 10% discount on material & supplies. Want to learn how to turn those T-shirts you or someone special no longer wear into a loving keepsake? We can teach you how! Learn the process of turning t-shirts into a display of memories. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to lay out your quilt, cut apart t-shirts, iron on stabilizer, precisely cut the t-shirts for quilt placement, and sew the shirts together with sashing and border (optional). If additional help to complete quilt is needed a second class is available on Saturday, April 10, 10am.
