This class will teach you to look at your fabric differently. One panel is used repeatedly for the whole quilt, but it's sort of fussy cut in such a way that no block is like another. It's actually a six or eight sided 'block', and the triangles are cut from the same section of a repeat large print. Learn how to create a kaleidoscopic watercolor using octagons and squares in this class. You'll create octagons, design with them, add the squares, and finish the quilt top. Making kaleidoscopes will give you a firm idea of how your quilt will be designed, what to look for and what to avoid.
