The Watcher Kit
Thank you for shopping at PPQ! Due to contractual agreements with our educators, all payments for classes/events are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, payments are transferable to another attendee at the event/class. We also have a NO RETURN policy on patterns, books and software due to copyright laws. Notions may be returned UNOPENED accompanied by a sales receipt within 5 days of purchase. We have a STRICT NO RETURN policy on all fabrics.
The sugar skull is created with English paper piecing before being appliqued to background. Kit includes Century Solids and Watcher quilt pattern by Libs Elliott for Paper Pieces, which includes reusable paper pieces.
